Transfer Request Policy
In order to transfer from one division to another, the following requirements must be met:
-
There must be a position open in the division you are looking to transfer into
-
You have to be out of your probationary period
-
You cannot transfer to another division if you have previously transferred in the last 60 days.
-
You cannot be on a current PIP plan that prohibits you from transfer or promotion.
-
All transfers have to be approved by Human Resources. If you have any disciplinary action this could temporarily keep you from transferring.

Here are the following Steps to a Transfer:
-
Fill out the transfer request form
-
Request form will then submit to Human Resources for review.
-
HR will look at your eligibility and notify both your current manager and your proposed new manager.
-
HR will make the determination and approve/deny your request. If denied you will receive notice as to why
-
If approved, your current manager will work with Human Resources on a transition phase. Depending on the need of the division you are leaving this could take up to 30 days before you are able to fully move into your new division.
