Area Division 90 Day Review Questions

Provide a yes or no response for questions 1-3 and 5.

1. Has the employee put into practice all of what they have been taught?

Yes

2. Has the employee completed all assigned shifts?

Yes

3. Does the employee come to work in proper uniform and grooming?

Yes

4. Additional comments regarding the employee’s performance.

5. Is the employee interested in moving up in the company?

Yes

If so, certify that you have educated that employee on the various divisions of the company and what the training entails by initialing the box.

If the employee is eligible for tracking towards promotion, then create a PIP for them to complete to reach set milestones and training requirements. Send the PIP to lathompson@sscsecurity.com and hr@sscsecurity.com.
